Do you really need a website? Yes! I don’t care if you are a B2B or a B2C, have a product so unique that it’s hard to articulate, you need a website. True, that some of your customers and prospects may very well find your business through other means such as walking by it on the street, or seeing an ad in the newspaper or meeting you at a trade show but you will never reach everyone that you are truly capable of reaching.
If you are only meeting prospects at trade shows and hoping they call you when they get home, you are missing out on every single person that did not attend. And you are missing out on every single person that will never call you (when was the last time you called someone you met at a trade show to learn more about their product?)
You NEED a website. Period. So go get one. It’s not that hard and the payback could be huge.
